1. What is Easy AI Chat and how does it work?
Easy AI Chat is a smart AI chatbot that businesses can easily create in minutes, without coding. All businesses need is a website URL, a training document file, or even a YouTube URL so that, EAC can learn the data and turn it into the business's own chatbot.
2. How to create an Easy AI Chat account?
To use Easy AI Chat, you need to visit https://easyaichat.app/ and click the button 'Start your free trial' on the plans. (For Standard and Advanced plans, we give customers a 7-day free trial.)
3. Can I use Easy AI Chat if I don't know how to code?
Easy AI Chat does not require complex flow setup or programming requirements, so you can use Easy AI Chat even if you don't know how to code. All you need to do is enter a website URL, a training document file, or even a YouTube URL so that EAC can learn the data and then configure the interface according to your brand style.
4. Can Easy AI Chat chatbot be attached to WordPress websites and Landing pages?
Easy AI Chat can be embedded in most types of websites, eCommerce websites, and landing pages of various platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Jamstack, etc,.
5. What languages does Easy AI Chat support?
Currently, Easy AI Chat can support up to over 100 languages and is fluent in some popular languages such as Vietnamese, English, and Chinese (Simplified), etc,.
6. How long does it take to create a chatbot using Easy AI Chat?
Just 5 minutes after you enter the full website address (URL) and training documents, you will have your own chatbot. However, depending on the volume of training documents, the time may vary slightly.
7. How to embed a chatbot into a website?
Each chatbot is assigned a unique website address. You can embed the chatbot on the website using the embed code we provide or link directly to the chatbot from your website.
8. What should I do if the training file is larger than 10MB?
If your file is larger than 10MB, please split it into multiple files with the correct size. Easy AI Chat allows you to upload data files to the system at the same time. Learn more about EAC training data sources here.
9. Will my plan automatically renew?
When you sign up for a plan, Easy AI Chat will save your payment information and automatically renew at the end of the cycle (if your credit card has enough balance). We will also send you an email notification before your plan expires. However, you can cancel your plan at any time.
10. Is there a limit on the number of messages sent?
Yes. Please refer to the content of each plan for message limits. You can also purchase additional messages when you reach the limit.
11. Can I respond to conversations handled by the chatbot?
Absolutely. Chatbots can transfer a conversation to a support agent or create a request (ticket) when using LiveChat integration.
